Sweet Banana Pepper Seeds, (extra sweet)
Description: Extra sweet fruits with no trace of hotness. Can be eaten any size, but best at 6 to 7 inches. Light yellow when ripe. Vigorous, erect plants hold peppers off the ground. This packet will plant approximately 30+ heirloom seeds.
Start seed indoors 8 weeks before planting outdoors. Keep seed moist in full sunlight. Transplant when 3 inches tall. Or, sow directly in garden in sunny location after frost danger is past. Plant seeds every 18 inches. Thin to 1 plant every 18 inches when 3 inches tall. Use a balanced fertilizer when 6 inches tall to increase production.
Plant hot and sweet peppers in separate areas to avoid cross-pollination. Regularly pick peppers for increased yields.
